Buildings cannot hire their way out of the work. So we built the workforce.
Juristic offices and management companies are short-staffed. The work is repetitive and deadline-driven, and every new building means hiring again. HOOKY is an AI workforce that does that work — billing, arrears, repair dispatch, and answering residents — inside the messenger they already use.
Software stores information. People still do the work. HOOKY does the work — the board just approves.

What we commit to, in writing
We never hold your money
Residents pay into the juristic’s own bank account. HOOKY issues the bills, reads the slips, clears the balances and keeps the books — it never receives or holds your funds.
Your staff approve, not us
Every financially or legally consequential step waits for a person. Each approval is logged with who acted and when, so the committee and the auditor can review it later.
We set it up, then step out
Our team does the CSV onboarding and the first billing cycle with you. Once your own admin account is running the property, we remove our access from it.
Your data leaves with you
Data is encrypted and handled under Thailand’s PDPA, with role-based access so staff see only their own scope. If you ever leave, we export the full dataset back to you.
